Anxiety Management

Anxiety; the state of feeling nervous or worried that something bad is going to happen.  Oxford English Definition.

In certain case some level of anxiety, nervous is helpful and expected however when it causes us to worry so much that it has a very negative effect on thier daily lives.  It is at this point that it becomes an issue.

The symtoms can range from rapid breathing to chest pain, an inability to settle, to vomiting, being unable to eat or sleep and many more.  The person may feel that they are going to collapse and or have a heart attack. 

There are several techniques to help deal with this 

  • Question your thought pattern
  • Controlling breathing
  • Exercise
  • Is it true
